DESCRIPTION of CONCEPT: Lesson 6: Animating Layers (p. 144)

I used the files and instructions in the book to create this animation. I made the starburst layer slightly bigger before shrinking it again. I also made the sky a bit lighter. I added extra keyframes to make the lights flicker on and off three times before the sky gets dark. I used the bezier handles to add softer transitions between the keyframes.
